Look into BMR and eat more. You have to feed your body to lose weight. Good luck :)

I just got it in the mail yesterday and my boyfriend and I will start it Monday. It looks like its going to be a hard my kind of a workout yoga. I’m excited!

Ive been woeking out 6 days a week eating healthy and Ive even cut down -500 calories a day and I havent been lossing weight WTF !! how do you keep encouraged because I really just want to go eat a brownie right now :(
